About Cordano

Cordano Russell is a Canadian street skateboarder known for his powerful presence, standing 6'3" and weighing 230 pounds. Born in London, Ontario, and introduced to skateboarding at age 4 in St. Louis, he later moved to San Diego to pursue the sport seriously, ultimately deferring university to focus on his career. Russell is currently the top-ranked Canadian male street skateboarder and made history with a fourth-place finish at the 2023 World Skateboarding Championship in Tokyo—the best result ever for a Canadian in the event. He qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics after finishing 10th in the Olympic Qualifier Series and has had strong showings on the World Skate Tour, including a 7th-place finish in Rome and reaching the semifinals in Dubai.
